Mazda Atenza Sporty Edition
Mazda Motor Corporation has announced the launch of the 2.0 Style Edition Mazda Atenza (known as the Mazda6 overseas) sedan. This special edition model is equipped with sporty and high quality features and goes on sale throughout Japan.

New ZW Wheel Loaders from Hitachi
Hitachi (Japan) has introduced the 11 tonne ZW140 and 12 tonne ZW150 to its ZW wheeled loader range. The new models join the ZW180, ZW220, ZW250 and ZW310 units, which are used on the European markets. The ZW140 and ZW150 are equipped with 96 and 107 kW engines respectively which help to reduce fuel consumption and increase productivity across a wide range of applications. The machines have an innovative hydraulic drive system - the Hydro-Static Transmission (HST). The HST offers greater mobility when fully loaded, smoother control on a gradient and under acceleration and deceleration.

Hitachi Mining Excavators Dash-6 Series
Hitachi has introduced its Dash-6 Series of mining shovels and backhoes. The new mining excavators feature new higher horsepower Tier-2 Cummins engines and an enhanced cab with better visibility, a new air-suspension operator’s seat, a new widescreen color LCD multifunction monitor, and new low-effort short-throw levers with electric fly by wire.

New Cranes from KATO
At the Bauma China show in Shanghai, Kato is showing 70t rough terrain cranes and new traditional truck cranes mounted on Chinese-made carriers. The Kato NK-550V is a 55t hydraulic truck crane with 43m boom mounted an FAW chassis and FAW Euro Tier III engine with 258kW (at 2,100rpm). A Euro II-compliant engine has been available since 2007; a new version with Tier III engine has just been released. Kato assembles the crane in Japan.

World Premiere of the Mazda3 Hatchback
Mazda Motor Corporation will hold the world premiere of the new-generation Mazda3 five-door hatchback at the Bologna Motor Show on December 3, 2008. The second generation Mazda3 five-door hatchback follows on the heels of the four-door sedan revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November.
