Komatsu Dump Trucks HD325-7 and HD405-7 Komatsu’s HD325-7 and new 40-ton HD405-7 are designed for sand and gravel and rock quarry sites. Both trucks increase productivity while lowering fuel consumption. The HD405-7 is Komatsu’s newest 45-ton truck. The HD325-7 and HD405-7 both feature a powerful, clean SAA6D140E-5, Tier 3, turbocharged, after-cooled diesel engine that provides a maximum net output of 498 hp.
